Dr Michael Tan (N.D.) is the CEO and the founder of Life Research Wellness Pte Ltd.

With an electrical engineering background, Dr Michael Tan saw the correlation of the bioelectric field, converging both the human biological system and the electrical system, which sparked his interests in pursuing and embarking on the path of a naturopathic doctor. His passion and devotion in human wellness and anti-aging, lead him to various collaborations and also development in integrated preventive and predictive health management systems globally in Dubai, New Delhi, Vietnam, Russia, China, Malaysia and Singapore since 2001.

He founded Life Research Wellness Pte Ltd in 2012, to provide health care solutions and optimisation by integrating the most advanced methodologies of predictive health screening and also successfully developed a health care monitoring system that is being widely used in China providing cancer support through non invasive procedure to monitor cancer patients’ health markers.

In 2014, he has been focusing on investigating and researching the epigenetic factors affecting our health and well-being. The company successfully developed the “Geo Origin” technology and “Geo Wellness” health solutions to address Geopathic Stress and providing optimal health management.

The “Geo Origin” solution improves the environment by regulating the distorted electromagnetic field from the Earth for health restoration and quality living, thereby creating a better environment for modern society’s future progress and harmony.

“Geo Wellness” is the system Dr Michael Tan developed based on the five elements to provide the guideline for health practitioners to understand and manage the root causes of various health issues. The main principle of this unique modality is based upon balancing and harmonising the energy field of a person’s mental, physical and energetic body, in relation to the person’s environment which are affected by air, water, light, geopathic stress and electro magnetic field. This is constantly being upgraded to provide the best and latest technology in keeping with the company’s core mission of developing diversified applications of energy medicine to be at the frontier of personalised preventive health and wellness management.

In keeping with Life Research Wellness’ creative and progressive vision, Dr Michael Tan has also been championing the wellness real estate movement which he has been integrating and refining his Geo Wellness program and extending it as a viable system to offer various wellness solutions for property developers and wellness spa resorts.

Roger is a Trainer, Coach, Impact Investor and the founding president of Singapore Digital Chamber of Commerce Foundation (SGDCC). He started this association with a vision – to bring together digital economies to advocate digital transformation changes, between business communities and policymakers from Singapore across ASEAN region and beyond.

Roger manages strategic counsel in Digital Alliance Worldwide Network Pte Ltd (DAWN). DAWN is a leading business matchmaking consultancy firm focuses on emerging technology such as metaverses, sustainability and game-like interactive technology infrastructures. DAWN focus on enterprise platforms to service users that will benefit from heightened interactions and experiences through more engaging graphical interfaces of the business processes. Transformation is a major element in our businesses, as processes, people, environment and governance structures are disrupted to create a blue ocean strategy.

During his corporate stint, Roger held strategic counsel roles at M1, SPH and Comat (ST Technologies subsidiaries). He is also an investor having backed and managed startups in A.I., Blockchain and eCommerce.

Mr Wong built good industry rapports over the years through senior corporate positions and at the non-profit organization Junior Chamber International (JCI) where he was National President of JCI Singapore in 2009. He was awarded “Ten Outstanding Young People”, a program sponsored by JCI that serves to formally recognize young people who excel in their chosen fields and exemplify their best attributes. He continues his JCI involvement to this day as a mentor to its members.

More than just a businessman, he is an entrepreneur and a humanitarian who has worked on a number of prominent social cause projects, gaining recognition in the process for his leadership roles and award-winning achievements. He believes strongly in the digitisation of our economies and the revolution of the business landscape, driven by altruistic motivations and a need to upgrade our efficiency in the way we do things. He continues to be a strong advocate for CSR and social values in the business and government realms up till this day.

Stanley Tan joined Flexxon as part of the pioneer team to lead the R&D team for Artificial Intelligent and Cyber Security Solution Infrastructure. With over 20 years of R&D experience in the IT sector, Stanley contributed to the technology society as an inventor with one patent and three publications filed under his belt.

His opinion on cyber security is highly sought after by a lot of big companies including Lenovo and TechData and was invited to share his knowledge on many occasions over the years. In April 2022, he was invited to share with Lenovo’s OEM partners on X-PHY technology and the hardware-based solution being the solution to ever-growing cyber threats.

Prior to joining Flexxon, he has amassed an extensive knowledge from IT industries through a range of roles in Big and Multinational Corporations (MNCs) in the region such as IBM, Toshiba Singtel and M1. With a deep understanding of market pain points and cyber threats that continue escalating, Stanley has successfully led the
R&D team to bring Flexxon’s expertise in static security solutions into developing dynamic cybersecurity solutions
which are empowered by AI and machine learning.

Under his leadership, we have launched a next-generation cybersecurity solution, the X-PHY AI Cyber Secure SSD, a patent-pending and award-winning data protection solution that utilizes artificial intelligence to eliminate human intervention. It is the WORLD FIRST SSD , which embedded AI security at firmware level , and co-functions
with hardware sensors for real-time protection against cyber threats. It could detect anomaly changes in data access pattern or signs of compromise.
