Roger is a Trainer, Coach, Impact Investor and the founding president of Singapore Digital Chamber of Commerce Foundation (SGDCC). He started this association with a vision – to bring together digital economies to advocate digital transformation changes, between business communities and policymakers from Singapore across ASEAN region and beyond.
Roger manages strategic counsel in Digital Alliance Worldwide Network Pte Ltd (DAWN). DAWN is a leading business matchmaking consultancy firm focuses on emerging technology such as metaverses, sustainability and game-like interactive technology infrastructures. DAWN focus on enterprise platforms to service users that will benefit from heightened interactions and experiences through more engaging graphical interfaces of the business processes. Transformation is a major element in our businesses, as processes, people, environment and governance structures are disrupted to create a blue ocean strategy.
During his corporate stint, Roger held strategic counsel roles at M1, SPH and Comat (ST Technologies subsidiaries). He is also an investor having backed and managed startups in A.I., Blockchain and eCommerce.
Mr Wong built good industry rapports over the years through senior corporate positions and at the non-profit organization Junior Chamber International (JCI) where he was National President of JCI Singapore in 2009. He was awarded “Ten Outstanding Young People”, a program sponsored by JCI that serves to formally recognize young people who excel in their chosen fields and exemplify their best attributes. He continues his JCI involvement to this day as a mentor to its members.
More than just a businessman, he is an entrepreneur and a humanitarian who has worked on a number of prominent social cause projects, gaining recognition in the process for his leadership roles and award-winning achievements. He believes strongly in the digitisation of our economies and the revolution of the business landscape, driven by altruistic motivations and a need to upgrade our efficiency in the way we do things. He continues to be a strong advocate for CSR and social values in the business and government realms up till this day.
